therefor and he�eby awards contract for furnishing and delivering F.O.B. City of
Saint Paul, Water Department, 1585 East Maryland, Saint Paul, Minnesota�Pipe and
Pipe Fittings to UNITED STATES PIPE & ��'OUIVDRY COMPANY, total amount of contract
�5,337.78, in accordance with City specifications therefor and the Formal
Bid #3045 of said UNITF�.1 STATES PIPE & FOUNDRY COMPANY, such bid being the lowest
� and said bidder being a reasonable and reliable one and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draw up th.e proper form of contract therefor
and the proper City officials hereby are au�horized to execute said- contract
on behalf of the City of��Saint Paul.
