This is written in response to the application.for a permit by
St. Catherine's College to enlarge an existing parking lot by 106
spaces on property located at Randolph and Prior Avenues. (See the
attached legal description)
This matter was considered by the Board of Zoning at a public
' hearing held on August 15,- 1968. The staff reported that the plans
meet the design standards for this type of facility and has the
Traffic Engineer�s approval. Therefore, the Board of Zoning
recommends approval of the permit to enlarge the existing parking
lot by 106 spaces.
