RESOLVED, Upon due consideration of the pertinent
application of Brown. and Bigelow, own.er of the subject premises ,
situate in the City of Saint Paul and described as Lot 8,
Auditor' s Subdivision No. 27, Kittsondale Addition, that a permit
hereby is granted unto said Brown and Bi:gelow for the expansion
of its presently authorized and existing off—street parking
facility, established on said premises, by the increase of the
present and heretofore authorized car capacity of the same to
225 carcapacity parking spaces, all in accordance with the final

` This is written i:n response to the application for a permit by
Brown and Bigelow to expand a parking lot to 225 cars, on property
located on the south side of University Avenue between Hamline Avenue
and Syndicate Street. The property is described as Lot 8, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 27, Kittsondale Addition.
This matter was considered� by the Board of Zoning at a public
hearing held on August 15, 1968. The staff reported that the plans
meet the design standards for this type of facility and has the
Traffic Engineer's approval. Therefore, the Board of Zoning
recommends approval of the permit to expand the parking lot.
