RE VED, By Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that the meeting of the Council, which would normally be held
at 10:00 a.m. on. September 17, 1968, is hereby advanced to 8:00
a.m. on said date for the pnrpdse of conducting the hearing on
Northern States Power Company' s petition for increase in gas
rates within the City of Saint Paul, notice of such public hearing
thereon having heretofore been publishe.d by the City Clerk, in
accordance with the provisions of City Ordinance No. 11761,
. adopted Jun.e 21, 1960, as amended; an.d pursuant to the provisions
of Section 111 of the Charter, all members of the Council hereby
consent thereto and waive other or further notice of said Coun.cil
meeting.
