WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul entered into an agreement with Van Doren
Hazard-Stallings-Schnacke, consulting engineers for Street Planning Services
pursuant•to C.F. 239404, "approved July 11 , 1968 and,
WHEREAS, Under this agreement the above mentioned consulting firm
will perform all the engineering services in connection with thorough-
fare planning and functional layout throughout the City to serve as a
basis for many contemplated improvement projects and,
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section E of this agreem�nt, the City of St. Paul
agrees to pay this firm $32,850.00 for their services, now therefore be
it,
RESOLVED, That the cost of $32,850.00 be charged to the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 6000 and this same fund to be reimbursed
from M.S.A. Suspense Fund.
