RESOLVED, That pursua�t to Seetion 130.09 of the
Saint Paul L-egislative Code, the �hief of Police is hereby
authorized and directed to issue a permit to the Saint Paul
Junior Chamber of Commerce to conduct a parade in connection
with festivities for the University of Mi.nnesota Football
Pepfest on September 19, 1968, between the hours of 11=45 A.M.
and 12:45 P.M. from Smith Park west on Sixth Street to Cedar
Street, soutH on Cedar Street to Fifth Street, east oa Fifth
Street to Min�aesota Street and south on Minnesota Street to
the Minnesota Federal Plaza.
