RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering TWO A.�RIAL PERSONNEL
LIFTS, Model 5TD52PHY HI-RANGER, to the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works,
Bureau of Municipal Equipment, 891 North Dale Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota,(for the
Department of Parlcs, Recreation & Public Buildings) for the net contract price of
$22,840.00 (Including Trade-In Allowance for One 1961 Dodge D600 Chassis with Strato
Tower Aerial Lift) in accordance with City specifications therefor and the Formal Bid
��3047 of said Northwest Tel-E-Lect, such bid being the lowest meeting specifications
and said Northwest TeI-E-Lect _being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby �s authorized to draft the proper form of contract therefor and
the proper City officials are hereby directed to execute sa�d contract on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul.
