- subject to the rights acquired by the City of Saint Paul in the south 20 feet thereof
� to widen University Avenue. Also' condemning and taking temporary construction ease-
ments on Lot 1, except the essterly 48 feet.thereof, Block 29, Robertson and Dan Etten's
Addition to Saint Paul, subject to the rights acquired bq the City of Saint Paul in the
� south 20 feet thereof to�widen University Avenue, necessary �for slopes, cuts and fills,
occasioned by egcavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and pa�ing
. of said Marion Street, said temporary easements to terminate upon completion of the
� street improvement or December 31, 1969, whichever occurs first, .
� � under Preliminary Order- 234130 approved June 30, 1967 •
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the� Commissioner of �nance
- upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1.' That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
. is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. .
` 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
� to partially open, widen and extend MARION STREST from University Avenue to Como ��+�
Avenue by condemning and taking for street purposes the following described parcels �i
