RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of
the General Fund weekl.y compensation of $45 .00 be paid Frank Loss
while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of injuries he
received on August 10 , 1966 , while employed by the Department of
Public Safety, Bureau of Police, said employee having been paid in
accordance with Section 52 of the St. Paul City Charter through
November 28, 1967 ; and that $1,800.00 ' in partial settlement , cover-
ing the period from November 29 � 1967 � through September 3 , 1968, is
now due and payable
FURTHER RESOLVED, that out of the aforesaid compensation,
$360.00 be paid to Donald Lais , employee's attorney herein, and
further payment of 20$ of the future compensation paid Frank Loss
forrtemporary total disability, as and for attorney's fees herein.
