, WHEREAS, On February 17, 1966, Juran & Moody, Inc. ,
proposed to submit a feasibility study of a financial program
for the proposed auditorium-egh.ibition hall=parking ramp complex;
and �
WSEREAS, Such proposal was approved by the Metropolitan
Improvement Committee, the. St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, and
the City of Saint Paul by Commissioner Robert F. Peterson on ,
February 25, 1966; and
WHEREAS, Juran & Moody, Inc. , assisted in the develop-
ment of the report of real estate research as a part of such -
proposal in addition, to providing prior proposals for financial
feasibility programs; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That such approval authorizing the proposal of _
Juran & Moody, Inc. is hereby ratified; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Department o� Libraries,
Auditorium and Civic Buildings is hereby authorized to pay ONE
THOUSAND FIVE HU�NDRED DOLLAR,S (�1, 500. 00) out of Fun.d 0400-159
to Jurari & Moody, Inc. , such sum being one-third _share of the �
total cost of �4, 500 for such study.
