RESOLVED, That resolution, C. F. No. 239838, approved
August 14, 1g68, pertaining to authorization of purchase of a fence
for Raspberry Island (Navy Island) be and the same is hereby amended �
by striking out the words and figures "Sixteen Hun.dred Dollars
(�1,600)" and substituting in lieu and in place thereof the words
and figures "Eighteen Hundred Dollars (�1, 800)" .

� City oE Saint Paul hereby authorizes
and directs the D�p artment of Parks
and Recreation a]acl Public Buildings
to purchase the necessary materials,
supplies and labor to place a fence with
three strands of barbed wire at the
top and a gate to allow automoblle ac-
cess, from the water line on the north �
side of the island due south across
the island to the water line on the south
Gide oP the island, approximately flfty
(50) feet west of the Naval Reserve
Training Center building vacated by
the Navy Department on Raspberry Is-
land (Navy Island) and to charge its
costs incurred thereia in an amount
not to exceed Sixteen Hundred Dollars
(y1,600), to Wrecking Building Fund '
No. 0976; and be it
Further Resolved That the said va-
_cated building anc� portion of Rasp-
berry Island be under the temporary
� jurisdictioa and care o4 the Department
of Parks and Recreation and Public � �
Buildings; and be it �
Further Resolved, That Resolution
C.F.No.239580,approved Ju�y 26, 1968,
be and the same is heFeby repealed
and rescinded. �
