WHEREAS, Section 32 of Ordiriance No. 3250 provides that
when a member of the Board of Review is unable to serve, the Mayor
shall nominate an alternate, and
WHEREAS, Mr. LeRoy A. Benshoof, a member of said Board,
is unable to serve at a hearing scheduled for September 5, 1968, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, in accordance with the aforementioned
ordinance, nominates Mr. Peter E. Obermeyer as the alternate to
serve as a member of the Board of Review at said hearing; now therefore be it
RESOLVED: that the appoi.ntment of Mr. Peter E. Obermeyer as
alternate be and is hereby approved.
