RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor and materials necessary for
or reasonably incidental to the Site Development at Hazel Park Plaqground, Hazel Street
and Case Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota for the Department of Parks, Recreation and Public
Buildings to WESTLUND CONSTRUGTION COMPANY for the contract price of $44,502.00, in
accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid ��3028
of said Westlund Construction Company, such bid being the lowest and s�id Westlund

Construction Company:�being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel
be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contracttherefor, and the proper
