WHEREAS, In� connection with the construction_of Interstate
H i ghway �#94 f rom 1500 ft. west of Wh i te Bear Avenue to 600 ft.
east of Ruth Avenue, the State of Minnesota,Department of Highways
has agreed to construct certain utility facilifiies and,
WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul and the State of Minnesota
have entered into a Utilities Relocation Agreement No. 55685, State
Project No. 6283-24, which provides under Article V of said agreement
for the payment of $10,130.57 as the City of St. Paul 's Share of the
cost of the sewer relocation, now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, That the sum of $10,130.57 be paid to the Commissioner
of Highways, and this amount be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revoiving Fund, Code 6000 and this same fund to be reimbursed from
the City's Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code Og20-701. (1968)
