Committee therefor 'and hereby a�uards contract for furnishing all labor, tools,
materials�supplies and equipment req.uired for the grading, bituminous curbs and
bituminous surfacing, installation of the sewer, and all other work necessary
to complete the improvement of NORTH HAZEL STREET (Kim Place to 340' Northeast,
NORTH PARK DRIVE (300' Westerly of Faye Street to North Hazel Street) �o
W. J. EBERT2 COMPANY for the contract price of $23,217.00 (Plus Engine��`and
Inspection - $3,482.55; Water Dept. �harges - $1,304.00 and Collection
Charges - $81.90) in accordance with plans and specifications and Formal Bid
��3085 of said W. J. Ebertz Company, such bid being the lowest and said W. J.
Ebertz Company'"being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to exe¢ute
said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
