WHI:REAS, Ordiaaace No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment
for overtime work� and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Municipal Court has suthorized overtime work
in his department during the period from August 10� 1968 to gugust 23, 1968
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers are hereby authorized to
pay the employees who perform such overtime work in accordance with
the provisions of Ordina.nce No. 6446 and No. 3250.
