That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to pay out of the �'ort Liability Fund 0035-421, to Seraph Sanchez the sum of $206.30, in full settlement of his clai.m for damages and 3,njuries �ustained on July 25, 1968, as a result of an accident involving a City vehicle driven by Max Gallas, at or near the intersection of Conway and Third Streets, Saint Paul, Minnesota. Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant upon hi,s, executi,on and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to� be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages and injuxieS s�us�ained in the manner aforesaid. , Sec�ion 3.
