in the action taken by the Board, and that upon receipt of Quit Claim Deed and
Mortgage Release, payment of $4,000.00 be made payable jointly to Mr. Rollo D.
Zufall and Soon Tah Zufall, husband and wife, the owners, and to Bankers Mortgage
Corporation, the Mortgagee; �uch monies to be paid from Water �znd 8000-000.
