� RESOLVED, That `resolution C. F. 233663 approved May 25, 1967
be and the same hereby is amended by deleting the following there-
from:
"Westerly 300.4 feet of Lot 1, Auditor' s Subdivision
46, according to the Plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and

for the County of Anoka, Minn. , excepting therefrom
Q� all mineral and mineral rights. The Board also will
retain a 20 foot wide easement along the north property
line for access to the lake and reserves the right to
flood any or all of the entire tract. "

and by inserting the following in lieu and in place thereof:
" All that part of the North 21-1�3 rods (352 feet)
of Government Lot 1 in the Northeast Quarter (NE 1�4)
of Section 15, Town.sh.ip 31 North, Range 22 West except
- the West 1966 feet thereof (elsewhere referred to as
Lot 1, Auditor' s Subdivision No. 46) lying Westerly
of the following described line:
