Mears Realty Company is hereby amended by deleting terms and
� � conditions numbered c. , d. , and e. from the said resolution and
inserting in lieu and in place thereof the following:
"c. That the balance of �49,000.00 due to the City
for the above sale be received by the City on September 30,
1968, and that the passing of title and possession from
the City to Buckbee Mears Realty Company take place on

� "d. That the delivery of the above authorized warranty
deed to Buckbee Mears Realty Company be made on September 30,
1968; , .
� "e. That the City retain possession of Fire Station I
No. 4 until September 30, 196s. "

amending resolution is conditioned upon the filing of a letter 'I

Dear Sir:
Please be advised that Buckbee Mears Realty Company hereby
accepts the terms and conditions of purchase of the above
Fire Station property as �provided in the Resolution adopted
by the City Council on August 22, 1968 (Council File 239941) ,
amending Council File 238322 approved April 26, 1968.
Buckbee Mears Realty Company is pleased to cooperate with the
Fire Department in postponing the closing until September 30,
1968.
