RESOLVED� By the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that the B�reau of Police is authorized an.d directed to
take such steps as are necessary to enable Saint Paul to
participate to the fullest egtent in programs available �
77Ylder P.L. 90-351, the Omn.ibus Crime Control and Safe Streets
Act of �.g68, and particularly with respect to Section 307B
thereof; and be it further .
� RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Safety
shall be the authorized representative of the City to make �
r,' and �execute all applications for grants thereunder, subject
� to approval by resolution of this Council.
