Mendota Homes, Inc. acquired the property directly abutting the property to be vacated as part of a lazger development site now apgroved for the platting and construction of ten new, single family homes. Montana Avenue presently extends approximately 33 feet into the development site and then "dead-ends." The agproved final plat and development ptans involve eactending 11'Iontana Avenue and curving it to the north to intersect with Hoyt Avenue. The eactension of Montana Avenue wiil maintain the current 50-foot right-of-way, but will shift _� the eirtire street slighfly to the north as it curves to meet Hoyt Avenue.
