WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul engaged the serv�ces of Egil
Wefald F� Associates, Inc. as consulting engineers, entering into
Comptroller's Agreement No. 1850 for the grading and paving of
Mississippi River Blvd. from Dayton Ave. to Pelham Blvd. and, �
WHEREAS, Egil Wefeld F� Associates Inc. have completed the
final design for the above project but the Department of Public
Works has not been able to approve the final design because of
delay in obtaining Highway Department approval ; now therefore
be it�
RESOLVED, That the above consulting firm� be paid 50� of
their final design engineering fee or an amount of $22,726.43,
and that the balance be paid upon approval of plans.
