WHEREAS, the City Comptroller of the City of Saint Paul de-
sires to apply to the Minnesota State Archives and Records Service, pur-
suant to Minnesota Statutes 138.17 and other related laws, for permission
to destroy certain public records; and
WHEREAS, the records consist of City of Saint Paul bonds an.d
interest coupons redeemed during the years 1945 through 1965; inclusive,
