, � WHEREAS, The final costs for the Paving of Jackson Street from Eighth
� Street to I .S. #9�+, Comptroller's Contract L-6735-9 have been determined,
and
� WHEREAS, Upon final allocation of funds from which the above improve-
� ment was to be paid, it was found that the amount originally set up for
� its financing is insufficient to meet tne final costs and that an additional
� amount of $1 ,032.17 will be required; therefore be it
� � i �
' � RESOLVED, That the amount of $1 ,032.17 be applied from the 1g68 City's
' share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 0920-701 to finance the additional
� cost of the above improvement. .
