Comptroller's Contract L-6836, Hiawatha Cement Co. , Inc., Contractor�
certain non-assessable work was, through error, assessed aga�nst Lot
10, Block 9�Samuel Leeches Addition and,
, WHEREAS, It has been determined that the City of St. Paul will
pay this non-assessable portion of the sidewalk assessment in the amount
of $21.73; now therefore be it�
RESOLVED, That the sum of $21 .73 be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, Code 6000, Comptroller's Contract No. L-6836 and this same
fund to be reimbursed from the City's Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code
0920-7U1 (1968).
