RESOLVED, That the Counci �tjereby concurs in the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby acoards contract for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment and seryices necessary for or reasonably incidental to the construction
ef the Ornamental lighting system and Traffic signal work on FAIRVIEW AVENUE,
St. Paul, Minnesota to COLLINS ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY for the contract
price of $15,925.00 (Plus Engineering and Inspectio�i $1,260.�0) in accordance
with plans and specifications and Formal Bid ��3052 of said Collins Electrical
Construction Company, such bid being the lo�aest and said Collins Electrical
Construction Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
' �Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
