WHEREAS, Pursuant to the request of the Housing and
Home Finance Agency of the United States Government.�., contained
in its Fiousing and Home Finance Agency Form H-1082 (12�65 ) ,
there has been a survey by the proper parties of "A Review of
- Progress under the Program for Community Improvement (Workable
Program) , " which has , as its goal, the elimination and prevention
of slums and blight in the City of Saint Paul ; be it
RESOLVED, That said "A Review of Progress Under the
Program for Community Improvement (Workable Program) " for i968
is hereby app�roved by the Coun.cil of the City of Saint Paul�
in accordance with said Review as contained in Housing and Home
Finance Agency Form H-1082 (12�65) attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference .
