BE IT RE�OLVED, That the City Co cil of the City of Saint Paul does ratify the
action of the Board of Water Commissioners ta,ken at its Board Meeting of July 29,
1968, granting a Quit Claim Deed for property located in the Rice Street Motor
Line Addition to Ramsey County for the consideration of �28,500.00, said amount
to be credited to Water Department Fund 8000.
BE IT FURTF�R RESOLVED� That the Council authorizes and directs its proper
officials to execute a Quit Claim Deed wherein the City of �a.int Paul and Board.
of Water Commissioners are Grantors, and Ramsey County is Grantee, a copy of
which Deed is attached hereto.

T33IS INDENTURE, made this dag of ,
1968, between the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, a municipal 'corporation under
th� Laws of the State of Minnesota, and the BOARD OF WATER COMMIS-
SIONERS of the City of Saint Paul, Grantors, and RAMSEY COUNTY, a
political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, Grantee, �
WITNESSETH: That the said Grantors, in consideration of
the sum of TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and NO/100 DOLLARS .
($28,500.00) , to them in hand paid by the said Grantee, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Grant, Bargain, Quitclai.m,
and Convey unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, Forever,
all the tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the County of
Ramsey and State of Minnesota, desc�ibed as follows, to-wit:
That part of Lots A, 18, 19 and 20, Block 2 of
Rice Street Motor Line Addition that lies southerly
of Owasso Boulevard North; together with the north
half of vacated Seventh Street lying southerly of
said Boulevard, and east of the west line of said
Lot A extended.
Block 3 of Rice Street Motor Line Addition together
with the south half of vacated Seventh Street.
