WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul has entered into a
professional service contract dated January 30, 1968, with '
the Barr Engi�neering Company for the design and construction
managemeat of the sewer project S-991 , Randolph Avenue-Mississippi
River to Davern Street, and
WHEREAS, Said co�tract requires that said Barr Engineering
Company shall complete the final design no later than 60 calendar "
days after receipt of authorization to proceed and
� WHEREAS, The City and 'the Company have mutually determined
that additional time will be required for a full and complete
final design.
NOMI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of
Public Works is _hereby authorized to extend the time required for
said final design to 120 calendar days after receipt of authorization
to proceed.
