WHEREAS, pursuant to Council File ��238009, bids were taken for the sale of
property belonging to the Department of Public Works, described as follows, to-wit:
That part of Hamline Ave. lying north of Hague Avenue and lying South
. of and between the extended east and west lines of Lot 2, Block 6,
Boulevard Addition No. 3, formerly described as Lot 13, Block 6,
Boulevard Addition No. 3. Northo�est corner of Hague Avenue and
Hamline Avenue service road.
J [�1HEREAS, the Committee on Lands recommends the sale of the above-described
property to EUGENE P. GIBLIN, the highest bidder, for Two Thousand Three Hundred
a'nd Ninety-Five Dollars; therefor, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves said recommendation and directs
the proper City officers to convey said property to said purchaser by proper deed
of conveyance upon the following terms: Three Hundred Dollars paid down upon
acceptanee of the Land Committee, and the balance of Two Thousand and Ninety-Five
� ��Dollars to be paid on transmission of title to the purchaser; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proceeds of said sale be credited to the Department �
of Public �dorks Band Fiind 7200.
