460 , there shall be issued and sold general obligation bonds
of the City in. the par value amount of Four Million Dollars �

fun.ds in said amount to be used by ,the City for the acquisitz'on,
construction and repair of capital improvement works and projects
of the Cit,y of Saint Paul authorized in the Capital Improvemen.t

RESOLVED FUR,THER, That said bonds shall be issued and
sold pursuant to the provisions of said Chapter 460, Laws� of
Minnesota for 1967, Regular Session, and in accordance with
Chapter 475 , �in.n.esota Statutes 1965 , as amended• that said
