Re olved, That upon the petition of dS J 1
the Iiousing and Redevelopment Au-
thority and others, those sections of
the public streets and those sections
of the public alleys hereinafter de-
scribed be and the same hereby are
vacated and discontinued as pubuc
streets and public alleys:
1. The alleys in Blocks 161 162, 165,
and 165, Roberkson's Ac�dition to
West St. Paul' according to the plat
thereoP on flle and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds with-
in and for the Countg o4 Ramsey.
West FairReld Avenue from the west
