RESOLVED, that John Bergeron be paid the sum of $1,620 .00
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the Water Department
Fund in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint
Paul for compensation resulting from his injury ,of September 29 ,
1967 , while employed by the `Board of Water Commissioners , whereby
he suffered a 10$ permanent partial disability to his right arm;
that of said sum, $1,620 . 00 is now due and payable.
