parking facility to be located at the northeast corner of Marshall
Avenue and Virginia Street, more particularly described as follows:
Block 84, Dayton & Irvine' s Addition to the City of
Saint Paul according to the plat thereof on file and
of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in

This is in regards to the application of First Christian Church for
a 52-car off-street parking facility to be located at the northeast
corner of Marshall Avenue and Virginia Streets. This property is further
described as Block 84, Dayton � Irvine's Addition. This parking lot is
to be built in conjunction with the First Christian Church expansion
program. � � �
I
This matter was considered by the Board of Zoning at a public hearing
held on July 2, 1968. The staff reported that the parking lot has thel
approval of the Traffic Engineer, meets the design standards of this
type of facility, and has the approval of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority which is administering the Cathedral,�rea Renewal Proj.ect.

Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of the application
for a 52-car parking lot permit.
