RFSOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
•, therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering 16-inch pre-
stressed concrete cylinder pipe and appurtenances to the City of Saint Paul,
Water Department, f.o.b. Saint Paul, Minnesota to a spur track which will be
designated, to INTERPACE CORP�tATION in accordance with City specifications there-
for hereto attached and the Formal Bid #3001 of said Interpace Corporation, for the
contract price of $50,745.07, such bid being the lowest and said Interpace Corp-
oration being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be
and hereby is authorized to draft the proper form of contract therefor and the
proper City officials are hereby directed to execute said contract on behalf of
the City ot Saint Paul.
