1968, wa.s, through inadvertence, sncompletely described; and said in-
advertence resulted in the overstatement of the compensation to be �
paid to the City of St. Paul in the sum of $384.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEq�,That Paxagraph 1 of subject resolu-
tion be ��amended to read;
Aatch Avenue from the east line of Grotto Street to the west
line of St. Alba.ns Street; also, the alley in Block 5, Ware
and Hospes Addition, f`rom the north line of Hatch Avenue to
the northwest line of Zot 6� of said block extended south-
westerly; and
tha.t Paxagraph �+, C.F. 239399, adopted July 10, 1968, be a.mended to read:
"That petitioners pay to the City of Saint Paul the sum of

tion provided for herein, all other terms, provisions, and conditions
