PAUL, WHICH AS5;ESSMENT5 ARE TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON TUESDAY, JUNE 19, 1968. NOTICE OF PROTEST TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA: You and each of you are hereby notified that the Soo Line Railroad Company, being aggrieved, does hereby protest the action of the City Council and does file this Notice of Protest with the City Clerk of said City, and the grounds upon which this protest is based are as follows; I. That it is an owner of property within the City of St. Paul, Minnesota. � �/ II. That a portion of its property is located within the sanitary sewer improvement district and is being assessed therefor. III. That the Soo Line Railroad's present and future use of said property is restricted entirely to railroad uses and will not benefit from the sewer improvement. IV.
