supplie and equipment required for the Grading, Bituminous Surfacing, Bituminous
Curbs and the Installation of the Ftorm Water Drainage Facilities and all other
` work necessary and 'incidental to complete improvement of RUTH STREET from
Hawthorne Ave. to Hyacinth Ave. , Saint Paul, Minnesota, to TOWER ASPHALT, INC.

specifications, and Formal�Bid ��3021 of said �OWER ASPHALT, INC. , such bid being
the lowest and said Tower Asphalt, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form
of contract therefox,and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
