WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for
payment for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public IItilities has authorized

overti.me work in the Water Department during the period from June 29, 1968
to July 12, 1968:
therefore, be it
RFSQLVID, that the proper Citp officers are hereby authorized
to pay the empZoyees aho performed such overtime work in accordance with the
provisions of Qrdinances No. 6446 and No. 3250.
