WHEREAS, The State of Minnesota has issued. State Waxrant No. Ii800029
in the swn of $18,600 for the acquisition of Paxcel No. 3B and Waxra.n.t No.
H800028 in the amount of $32,400 for the acquisition of Pa,rcel No. 3A under
condemna.tion proceedings under District Court File No. 3�+1041 of portions
of the Southwest ,�–� of �ection 35, Township 29, Range 22, as more ftt].ly de-
scribed in said court file, and has named the City of St. Pa.ul as one of the
paxties in interest to said awaxds; and
WI3�REAS, The City was named as a pa,rty in interest due to special assess-
ments, and the records of the Depaxtment of Fina.nce and of the Water Depart-
ment ha.ve been searched as to such special assessments; and
WHEREAS, It has been determined that there are no special assessments
outstanding against 'said paxcels at this time;
NOW, THEREFORE, BP IT RESOLVID That the proper City officials be and
hereby axe authorized and directed to endorse said Warrant Nos. H800029
in the amount of $18,600 and H800028 in the amount of $32,�+00, the City of

3A. District Court File Ido. 341041 i.ndicates that the City wa.s
named a paxty to the condemnation proceedings because of special
assessments.
The records of the Fina.nce Depaxtment and
of the Water Depaxtment have been searched, and there axe no
special assessments outstanding against Parcels 3A and 3B, being
