WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul did appropriate funds for
the prepaxation and printing of a building code; and
WHEREAS, this code or any part thereof is offered for sale
to the public; and
WHEREAS, it is the express intention that the proceeds from
the sales of these codes should be used to print additional copies
to replenish the inventory as needed; and
i�dHEREAS, these receipts are presently a part of the operating
budget of the Bureau of Public Buildings and as such distorts the
operating status; therefore be it
RESOLVED, there is hereby established a Special Revenue Fund
to be known as "Building Codes Fund" to which all receipts from the .
� sale of the building code (in whole or part) shall be credited and
the cost of reprinting or printing revised building codes ( in whole
or part) shall be cliarged; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Architect is hereby authorized
to approve all expenditures from this fund; and be it
��- FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Comptroller is hereby directed
to assign the proper account n�.m�ber to this fund within the account
classification to effectuate the intent and purpose of this resolution.
