RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the acvard of the Contract Committee
therefor and herebq awards contract for furnishing aIl labor, materials, equipment and
services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the removal of existing pitch and
gravel roof and to the furnishing and installation of New Roofing materials at Fire
Station No. 13, located at 926 Hampden Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, for the Department
of Public Safety, to THE QUIMBY COMPANY for the contract price of $1,646.00, in accordance
with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Informal Bid ��2162 of said
QUIMBY COMPANY, such bid being the lowest and said Quimbq Company being a reasonable
and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft
the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
