RESOLVED, that Raymond Hentschel be paid the sum of $787. 50
out of the Wo�kmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund in

compensation resulting from his injuries of December 25 , 1962, and
June 24, 1965 , while in the employ of the Department of Public
Safety, Bureau of Fire Protection, whereby he suffered a 15�
permanent partial disability to his back; that $787.50 for 5�

10% having been paid previously.
