U CI R L TIO —GENERAL ORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE ATF WHERFAS, The Committee on Lands, composed of the Mayor, the Purchas ng Agent, and the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings of the City of Saint Pau1, has secured an agreement for the pur- chase of that certain property described as follows: The North 1/2 of Lot 1 and the North 1/2 of the East 20 feet of , Lot 2, Block 16, Merriams Rearrangement of Merriam Park (as to Blocks 7, 8, 9, 10, & 16) acc. ; and WHEREAS, The property described therein is necessary for the expansion of Merriam Terrace Park, and the price at which the property may be purchased is at the total amou.nt of $8,750.00, a fair and reasonable price according to the appraisal obtained by the Committee on Lands; and WI-�REAS, Said Committe� �has recommended the purchase of said proper-ty at the price stated above, as evidenced by the letter of said Committee submitted herewith; n�, therefore, be it I... � RESOLVED._, That pursuant to Section 303 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby authorize the purchase of the land' described as: �` . Ryan, record fee owners, and John J. Jr, and Dolores E.
