RESOLVED, That the Purchasi Agent be authorized to purchase two (2)
Friden Model AP-6 Add Punchers for use with Friden Billing Machines
at the initial purchase price of $5,300.00, minus the accrued credit
in accordance with 'Option Purchase Rental Agreement' credit as
approved by the Council File No. 2370�+5 on February 7, 1g68 from
FRIDIIJ INCORPORATED. This will be done without competitive bids
under Section 290 of the City Charter as these machines must be
compatible with the existing equipment and are patented and not

available from any other source.
