WHEREAS, Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3250 provides for
a Civil Service Board of Review, the members of
which shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject
to the approval of the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has submitted for the Council's con-
sideration and approval the appointment of
Mr. �LeRoy A. Benshoof, 1083 Bush Avenue, Saint Paul, �
Minnesota, as a member of the Civil Service Board
of Review, to fill the unexpired two-year. term of _ �
Mr. Lyle E. Farmer, whose term expires June 30 , 1969 ;
