RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the
Contract Committee and rejects all bids received for furnishing all labor and
material necessary for or incidental to the Construction of a Primate House for
Como Park Zoo, St. Paul, Minnesota, for the reason that the bids received indicated
that the cost would be beyond the city's ability to finance,and it is recommended
that plans be revised and this bid be readvertised at a later date.

The Contract Committee hereby rejects all bids for furnishing all
labor and material necessary for or incidental to the Construction
of a Primate House for Como Park Zoo, St. Paul, Minnesota -
for the reason that the bids received indicated that the cost would
