City to extend competition to persons living outside of
the City; now therefore, be it -

to the examination as provided in Section 10 D of the Civil
Service Rules are hereby waived fbr the first examination �or
"Pteighborhood ?�provement Coordinator" to be held following
the passage of this resolution.
