WHEREAS, on March 2, 1968, certain damage was done to
windshie�d of a vehicle belonging to Harriet K. Jansen, 744 Thomas
Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota, by officers of the �epartment of Public
, Safety within the scope of their duties; and
WHEREAS,' by arrangements with the Department of Public
Safety, the windshield was repaired by Larry�s Auto Glass Company
at the cost of $59.04; now, therefore, be it
1tESOLVED, that the proper City officers are authorized and
directed to pay Larry's Auto Glass Company the sum of $59.04 for the
damage to the property of Harriet K. Jansen upon the receipt of a
release, and acknowledg�ment of the repair by said Harriet K. Jansen
in � form approved by the Corporation Counsel, and a release by Larry's
Auto Glass Company�
